These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the use of Culinary Journey (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.
To access features you must register. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. One user — one account.
You agree to use the Service in good faith: do not disrupt the Service, do not attempt unauthorised access, and do not use automated data collection tools without permission.
Gastronomic guides are generated automatically using AI and map data. Some information (about restaurants, wineries, experiences, reviews and images) comes from third-party services, including Google Places, Yelp, Foursquare, TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, Airbnb Experiences, Traveling Spoon, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. The Service does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, timeliness or completeness of such information. Links to external services lead to third-party sites whose use is governed by their own terms; their presence does not constitute endorsement or recommendation on our part.
The design, code, logo, structure and original content generated by the Service (including the automatically created gastronomic guides) belong to the Service and are protected by law; their copying, modification or distribution without written permission is prohibited. The names, trademarks, reviews, images and other materials of third-party services, as well as content accessible via external links, remain the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their terms.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose. Online payment for plans is not yet connected; pricing information is for reference only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Service if this Agreement is violated. You may delete your account by contacting [email protected].
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
We may amend this Agreement. We will notify you of material changes by email, to the address associated with your account, stating the effective date. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Agreement.
